	Back to Giclees	About This Giclee   This is a wonderful piece that James began in the fall of 1997 and completed in the early months of 1998. We had been staying up in Kokee Canyon at a cottage that is our special retreat, when we first saw the comet. James was awestruck by this cosmic wonder, and he was outside under the stars working on his sketches for hours. This painting came from the sketches and his memories of that evening.
